I started practicing Yoga in 2013 and it has transformed my level of fitness by improving flexibility, power, balance, and peace of mind. Every personal training session I coach incorporates some aspect of Yoga depending on your goals. It’s a fundamental aspect of fitness that can be practiced throughout a lifetime.
