As a FRC Mobility Specialist, I am trained to help you improve your usable range of motion. The FRC System is used by professional sports teams to improve performance and prevent injuries at the most elite level of athletic endeavor. To differentiate mobility from stretching, let’s specify that stretching increases passive range of motion whereas MOBILITY serves to improve your ACTIVE range of motion.
