RESERVATION POLICIES:

In order to keep you on track and to be sure we make progress, there is a 24 hr notice required for changes to personal training sessions. This is a commitment to you and your personal fitness and health. I may be unable to accommodate last minute scheduling changes, so please give me as much advance notice as possible so we can keep you on track with your program.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

All payments for sessions are made in advance of training and there are no refunds. In the case where I am unable to perform the session due to extentuating circumstances we can rearrange the date of the session or hold the session for a future date in the case of injury or illness.

CHECK-IN:

Please arrive on-time and ready to start your session right away so we can get you the results you want as quickly as possible.

FACILITIES:

When training outside of your own home or business, please be considerate of the gym space being used for your session and remain courteous to others using the space.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Let me know about past injuries so that I can be aware and factor that into how I cater programs for you.
